Join us as a Senior Marketing Manager for LEGO® STAR WARS ™ and lead the charge in bringing the galaxy’s favorite saga to life through groundbreaking campaigns and strategic partnerships!

Responsibilities:

Overall, you will in this 12-month position set and implement long and short-term strategies/plans for LEGO® STAR WARS ™ to deliver on brand and commercial objectives - with a focus on the Adult consumer audience. Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement key parts of the Global Marketing strategy for LEGO® STAR WARS ™ , focusing on communication, marketing innovation, and campaign deployment.
  • Lead the creation and execution of top-tier O wned, Earned, Shared & Paid (OESP) marketing campaigns, grounded in consumer insights , to deliver continuous fan engagement and desire.
  • Drive alignment and collaboration across partners including Our LEGO® Agency, Markets & Channels Marketing, Digital Consumer Engagement, Global social media, Entertainment Partners & Content, and Media Agency.
  • Foster a collaborative partnership with IP Partner (Lucasfilm & Disney) to unlock marketing opportunities and explore new channels to engage STAR WARS ™ Adult Fans.
  • Serve as the main contact for Adult audience leads and Fan community engagement, ensuring strategic coherence and excellent execution, and provide input on the Adult product assortment strategy and recommendations.
