Description:
The Senior Marketing Manager works on the planning and implementation of global plans and projects that support the sales of products from the Fresenius Medical Care Critical Care AKI value stream. Responsible for supporting the development and execution of the global marketing plan, partnering with internal and external partners to create and design marketing materials, leveraging communication and sales channels to communicate brand messaging to our core target audiences, and collaborating with regional and country organizations to grow share, revenue, and profit. Adheres to the Fresenius Medical Care Compliance Program, including following all regulatory, divisional, business unit and department policy requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the creation of the Critical Care AKI global marketing plan that reflects current consumer insights, future trends, and delivers against business objectives in close alignment with product managers and regional marketers
- Establishes customer needs through market research and frequent interaction with potential and existing Critical Care AKI customers
- Tactically executes global downstream marketing plan
- Understands and adeptly utilizes marketing and communications technology programs (i.e. Veeva)
- Creates, monitors and can train others in ways of working including marketing policies, procedures, compliance and processes
- Ensures that After Action Reviews (AARs) are carried out for all key campaigns or activities
- Assists with various projects and other duties as assigned by direct supervison
