The Club in Verbier is nestled high in the mountains above the vineyards of the Valais wine region. SCOPE

  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working collaboratively in a marketing team to drive marketing strategies that align with brand’s vision and goals.
  • Oversee all the Verbier Club’s marketing activities including curating weekly newsletters, event invitations, membership collateral, social media content, calendars and paid advertising.
  • Work with Verbier Club’s wider management team in planning and developing a Club event programme, local partnerships and pinpointing PR opportunities.
  • Liaising with various parties – colleagues in other business divisions and third-party vendors – to ensure a smooth and accurate flow of information, successful delivery of communication plans and seamless coordination.
  • Liaising with the global marketing teams to generate brand-wide communications
  • Working with the in-house media arm to organise the delivery of industry-leading video content
  • Ensure consistent brand-aligned and engaging content for various marketing channels
  • Conceptualise, manage and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, while seeking opportunities for media coverage and promotional activations.
  • Work closely with designers to develop the materials for appropriate audiences, while upholding branding guidelines and ensuring consistency of branding across all channels of communications.
  • Copywriting and upkeep liaisons with media.
  • Assist the team in business development efforts to drive business goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Drive and champion brand-aligned collaborations together with the membership and events teams
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
    There will be opportunities to travel to Verbier throughout the year. The business is expanding rapidly and for the right candidate, there is scope for a full-time role.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in marketing for F&B, luxury and/or lifestyle industries. Comfortable working in an alcohol lifestyle industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in French beneficial
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Proficient in Adobe Indesign, with experience in Photoshop and Premiere Pro beneficial
  • Background in hospitality or wine beneficial
  • Willingness to travel
  • Right to work in the UK
