The role of Senior Marketing Manager, PBUK Marketing, has a significant focus on originating and coordinating marketing strategy, plans and activity.
Working with the Head of Marketing – UK you will develop and execute the annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment to good client outcomes, business performance, and brand building objectives.

In this role you will:

  • Ensure effective campaign management to deliver and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns, including Events, Thought leadership, Digital and the effective use of social media.
  • Risk, Budget and Process management taking into account local market regulatory and compliance constraints/controls, budgetary control and quarterly risk assessments.
  • Stakeholder management across a significant stakeholder group, including Business Heads, Product & Services Heads, Chief Investment Officers, Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors, Legal, Compliance, Communications – as well as HSBC UK Marketing and Global Private Banking Marketing teams.
  • Consistently demonstrate a good understanding of key trends and areas of innovation which influence the way we interact and engage with our external clients, internal stakeholders and audiences
  • Manage relevant aspects of brand governance in terms of guidance, framework and templates and the processes that support their use.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Extensive Marketing Management experience ideally within a Private Banking or Wealth Management related context. If not then experience of working in a similar role within a luxury brand with similar types of clientele will be considered.
  • Extensive working knowledge and experience of a range of different marketing campaigns including Digital and Events Management - essential
  • Proven understanding of customer insights and their role in marketing strategy development and delivery as well as communications development.
  • Able to influence at senior level and lead across functional teams to drive improvement.
  • Proven ability to work on multi-functional projects demonstrating excellent relationship building, planning and organisational skills.
