POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting into the VP Global Marketing & Sales (EU), this is a hugely exciting role working in a cutting-edge sector of the med tech space. This role is responsible for working with our commercial leaders to grow the North American market, with key health systems and medical device customers.
You’ll be the ‘voice of our customers’ – translating your deep understanding of the US health landscape into ways to help improve all our communications, at every touchpoint, with a focus on growth. You’ll be a creative thinker – able to develop plans and activations others wouldn’t have thought up. And you’ll be analytical – deploying where it makes sense and measuring to continuously improve.
This is a role that needs strategic thought and development, alongside a ‘roll-up-your-sleeves,’ can-do, and get it done approach.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 5+ years in a marketing management role or B2B/Vertical marketing team, healthcare or med tech a plus but not required.
  • Deep knowledge and experience of US health systems including but not limited to reimbursement practices and policies.
  • Experience adapting a global strategy to regional strategy and tactical execution.
  • Experience engaging, understanding, and working with sales teams.
  • Experience managing global live in person and virtual events.
  • Experience managing and forecasting regional budgetary spend.
  • Experience with managing external partners such as PR agencies.
  • Proficiency in managing communication with internal and external audiences.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with our business leaders to influence and align on objectives and plans, especially the US Commercial team.
  • Build the North American marketing plan and execution strategy across channels, with measurement imbedded.
  • Manage all sales enablement deliverables including pitch decks, case studies, and thought leadership, bringing what you know about the US health practices, reimbursement, and policy to the fore
  • Manage all lifecycle marketing campaigns focusing on pushing new customers through the funnel and maintaining loyalty for existing customers.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives via Clinical and Corporate Partnerships.
  • Oversee the US elements of go to market plans for full suite of product launches.
  • Work with the team on acquisition focused integrated marketing campaigns for the US including but not limited to social, content, and event marketing campaigns.
  • Grow and manage Proximie’s brand reputation in the US.
