Responsibilities:
The CRM Seller Programs team is a critical team within Global Marketing / Global CRM, focused on driving engagement with and growth of our B2C and C2C sellers.
In the role of the Senior Marketing Manager Seller CRM Programs you will actively contribute to the strategy and execution of Seller marketing communications through own / CRM channels, which includes leading communications for critical corporate level initiatives like Shipping, Trust and other.
You will be part of the Seller CRM Foundations Team and will report to the Head of Seller CRM Foundations (Vivian Berrendorf-Schwarzer).
In this role you will have an opportunity to pioneer seller CRM by building the first seller triggered programs and designing message, audience, channel and contact strategy for those. A key example of deliverables would be to roll out Seller Update re-imagined, which is one of the 7 big bets of CRM for 2024.
