What you’ll do:
Around 50 million people across the globe have conditions that leave them unable to express themselves. Most aren’t aware that communication technology like ours exists. Our Marketing Team works to close that gap through storytelling that shows what’s possible when people find their voice.
About the role:
Around 50 million people across the world have conditions that leave them without a voice. Most are not aware that communication technology like ours exists. Our Marketing and Communications team works to close that gap by building engaging relationships that broaden our reach.
As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead an international team consisting of our local marketers who focus on one or more of our priority markets, to steer initiatives that foster demand generation and customer engagement, ultimately supporting the business’s growth objectives.
In this role, you will be overseeing the broader direction of local activations and localizations. While local marketers create and execute their own market-specific plans based on local market insights, you will be their coach, ensuring alignment with our business goals and facilitating strategic collaboration across teams.

What will your impact look like?

  • Lead & Develop the Team: Mentor and inspire the Local Marketing team to drive growth and success.
  • Share & Leverage Market Insights: Use knowledge of local markets, including commonalities and differences, to develop effective strategies. Identify opportunities to scale and enhance the impact of local marketing efforts.
  • Scale Content Production: Support team members in producing local content that aligns with regional and global objectives. Establish efficient localization and translation processes.
  • Own Merchandising & Giveaway Strategy: Lead and oversee our combined merchandising and giveaway strategy to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate Strategically: Align with MarCom and Sales teams and facilitate cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Own MarCom-led Events: Collaborate with key stakeholders and ensure our larger internal and external events are successfully planned and fulfilled.

Please Note: this is a hybrid role (2-3 days in our Stockholm office) that includes occasional (10%) domestic and international travel which would be communicated weeks in advance.

What skills will help you thrive?

  • An equivalent of 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with experience in local or regional marketing.
  • Proven achievements in successfully leading marketing teams and initiatives.
  • Advanced organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within established timelines and budgets.
  • Experience in demand generation, with a deep understanding of the entire customer journey, from awareness to loyalty.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in content marketing and production, as well as marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, and event management is preferred.
  • Experience in an agency setting and in leadership roles is valued.
