As a dynamic business we need to have the right people who are as passionate as we are about our mission to protect people on the move and to support this, we are looking to increase our Marketing and Proposition department with a brand new role, ideal for a Senior Marketing Manager with a strong CRM background.
We are looking for a commercially focused individual who can work autonomously, enjoys variety and executing at pace. Our vision is to be the number one competency and training organisation across regulatory and compliance driven sectors protecting people and developing people and organisations across a variety of diverse sectors ranging from drivers and road users through to construction. We are expanding at pace and there is the opportunity to be lead and influence a broad range of projects from brand evolution through to CRM.
This is a hands-on executional marketing role which requires all-round generalist marketing skills but with a strong digital background. The focus of the role is delivering lead-gen and cross sell marketing activity underpinned via a CRM strategy that utilises website, email and social activity deploying content led marketing activity.
This role will be responsible for evolving our CRM strategy and owning all touch points from acquisition, maximising customer lifetime value as well overseeing our roster of Paid, SEO, Social and PR agencies to deliver a fully integrated marketing plan.
This position will be instrumental in influencing and leading content creation (ranging from case studies and thought leadership to research) that can be served across all channels and used to support our sales teams with data-led account-based marketing activity. This role will suit a marketer who doesn’t want to be pigeonholed and relishes the opportunity to come up with new ideas and explore innovative ways to reach and excite our customers.
