Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is an owner, developer and operator of sustainable, high quality real estate assets in the most dynamic cities in Europe and the United States. The Group operates 71 shopping centres in 12 countries, including 39 which carry the iconic Westfield brand. These centres attract over 900 million visits annually and provide a unique platform for retailers and brands to connect with consumers.
In the Czech Republic, URW owns and operates 3 assets, Westfield Chodov, Centrum Černý Most and Metropole Zličín, all in Prague.
We are looking for an extraordinary marketing colleague to join the shopping center management (SCM) team of one of our assets in Prague to bring innovative and ambitious campaigns to life.

To excel in this role, you are someone who:

  • Has close to 10 years of experience in all-around marketing disciplines, of which several in a team leadership or a decision-making role
  • Knows how agencies work and preferably has experience at one
  • Loves events and is advanced in driving them from concept creation to implementation
  • Is passionate about retail industry and thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Possesses advanced communication skills and can sense and navigate nuances when in cooperation with various stakeholders
  • Is an expert in media planning, leveraging on knowledge of the local media market
  • Has experience in managing digital marketing assets, including social networks and community management
  • Acts as the spokesperson for marketing in the shopping center and takes part in shopping center daily operations
  • Enjoys research and analytics and doesn’t shy away to dig deep into data & KPIs
  • Is synthetic, targeted and diplomatic at facilitating managerial decision making
  • Is self-dependent and self-motivated; can drive projects, is confident and not afraid of push backs
  • Is goal-oriented and manages complexity and competing priorities with clear mind and resilience
  • Enjoys being part of a team and can lead people in a project mode
  • Stands out by endless drive to make things better
  • Curiously follows evolution of marketing trends and continuously brings forward ideas on how to capitalize on them
  • Challenges the status quo constructively and with ambition to see through proposed solutions
  • Is native in Czech/Slovak and fluent in English

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be mainly responsible for :

  • Creating the annual marketing plan to support growth of footfall and sales
  • Defining the marketing budget and fully owning its management
  • Implementing long term brand strategy in alignment with corporate recommendations and team
  • Driving 360° marketing activities including advertising, events, digital, CRM strategy and PR & communication
  • Selecting, briefing and coordinating agencies
  • Implementing concepts in the field of digital marketing, in cooperation with our Digital Marketing Manager
  • Collaborating with the entire center management team, as well as tenants and other stakeholder
