Description:

As the largest independent supplier of plumbing and heating materials in the country, Williams & Co currently employs over 360 employees across 53 sites, and we are now looking for a new Senior Marketing Manager to join the team.
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of all marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, conversion, and profit growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and analytics to enhance our online presence and support overall marketing objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing successful campaigns in both traditional and digital formats and a passion for leveraging data to inform decision-making.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, aligned with overall business goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to provide actionable recommendations and report results to stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and commercial teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Enhance user experience and engagement through targeted digital initiatives, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message across platforms.

The successful candidate will hold the following experience and personal attributes.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, CRM systems).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
