WHAT YOU’LL DO
This experienced professional individual contributor role will work with growth teams, PLG, web, and other cross-functional collaborators to drive demand generation and improve campaign productivity. The ideal candidate is an expert in independent problem solving, proactively identifying key stakeholders, and defining and optimally presenting requirements to implement campaigns. Technical in nature and skills, this role is best suited for a Marketer that is passionate about leveraging data to drive campaign ROI and can recommend and influence proposals for cross channel orchestration.
This position reports to the Sr Manager, Marketing Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Has advanced knowledge of marketing operations and can partner with marketers to design and execute routine and more complex campaign plans and tactical strategies that ensure all requirements are aligned across impacted systems and teams globally
- Monitor and report on metrics related to tactics and programs managed by the MAP, IPC and related applications and bring sophisticated knowledge to recommend approaches for better results
- Strong understanding of data flows and mapping across various systems to assist in set up and own troubleshooting for downstream impacts for marketing programs
- Ability to collaborate independently with marketing technology and data teams to identify, troubleshoot, and analyze campaign related data issues to drive resolution and make informed decisions
- Create and maintain templates that improve campaign efficiency and accuracy, including emails, landing pages, forms, app integrations, audiences, and reports
- Able to build documentation for different system processes to enable other team members and share knowledge with business collaborators through trainings
- Work with IT, digital, and analytics team members to advise solutions and ensure proper campaign tracking set up for analysis related to attribution across MAP, GA, web, and Tableau
