About this opportunity
Here in the Embedded Finance team, we’re a start-up business unit within Consumer Lending and are tasked with building out propositions that solve customers’ financial needs, when and where they are.
We want to tackle problems for existing franchise customers as well as those new to franchise, using outstanding LBG capabilities in ways that are coordinated into customers’ existing lifestyles. We’ll be bold and innovative in our use of data and technology to put customers first, to build balanced and long-term business models, thus adding to Group capabilities overall. We’ll continually test and iterate for growth and takeaways.
As the Senior Marketing Product Manager, you’ll report to the Head of Product, Embedded Finance, and will work closely with the product and delivery teams as well as teams across Functions (e.g. Tech, Credit Risk, Finance, Strategy) to develop the customer journeys and marketing strategy.
The key deliverable for your role will be the marketing strategy within journeys for Embedded Finance. Working to maximise the impact of all journeys, including acquisition and servicing to build this strategy for consumer communications, you’ll need to partner with specialists across the business, have a good understanding of data insights and be able to manage teams for execution.
This strategy will then need to be maintained and governed in partnership with teams across the business and updated according to data insights and regulatory changes. For this, you’ll need to build strong mechanisms for supervising performance, understanding new requirements from potential channel partners, customers, and internal collaborators.
Your role is an exciting opportunity to develop our customer journeys and communications, creating a cohesive strategy for Embedded Finance that will provide the best experience for customers and ensure they return to our product.
