ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Serve as the online voice for Catalyst Physician Group, developing and implementing a systematic approach for engaging with our patients and communities across various digital touchpoints
  • Leverage storytelling expertise to drive patient engagement, designing and executing communication campaigns which proactively educate patients and generate return visits
  • Create compelling content and connected patients through campaign development across CRM, digital, and social media.
  • Curate insights into the patient experience for the organization using in-depth knowledge of patient sentiment and online reputation to identify areas of opportunity, flag concerns, and spotlight successes across our ecosystem

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, advertising, marketing or technology
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications and/or marketing, with a strong understanding of reputation management, stakeholder engagement and social media strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to draft compelling content
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous approach to company and provider reputation management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding creative solutions
  • Strong project management skills and comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to the changing digital landscape and pivot execution when neede

Preferred Experience:

  • Healthcare experience
  • Familiarity with SEO principles related to online reputation management
  • Proficient in content management systems and analytics tools for CRM, social media and online reputation managemen

Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and manage a positive online presence and reputation for Catalyst Physician Group and its providers
  • Monitor and analyze online content relating to Catalyst Physician Group, including social media, search engines, blogs and communities, and patient forums
  • Partner with practice operations and compliance teams to investigate situations and facts relating to negative comments
  • Respond with empathy to negative content on social media, healthcare reviews, and in online forums, representing the brand positively
  • Manage the social media accounts and patient communications (CRM) for Catalyst Physician Group
  • Evaluate review and survey data for trends and monthly reporting to practices identifying opportunity areas
  • Analyze trends to identify potential reputation threats and recommend solutions
  • Create and publish comprehensive yearly editorial calendar that incorporates patient-facing social media, web, CRM, forum posts, blog content, and positive reviews
