We are pleased to announce we are now accepting applications for a Senior Specialist in Franchise Marketing. This role will be targeted to deliver value to our current and growing base of EMEA franchise partners, stretching from Denmark to South Africa and including more than 48 nations in between.
The Senior Specialist Franchise will need to work with multiple markets and partners, developing marketing plans and activities, delivering marketing assets and content in service of growing the Enterprise Mobility brands domestically within individual markets. This will be a challenging role in that the successful candidate will need to collaborate not only with multiple partners but also with many internal departments to get things done.
Ultimately success will be won by helping to establish, and grow the EM brands across the EMEA region, and contributing to the overall success of each partner business.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build effective relationships with our Franchise partners to support them with local marketing initiatives to help them profitably grow the EM brands. This includes, but isn’t limited to digital, website, social and print media, sales collateral, email, sponsorship activation, assisting with PR, special events, and various promotions.
  • Manage aspects of local marketing delivery utilizing expertise from the wider marketing team. Work with internal marketing teams to facilitate the execution of the plans across digital, experiential and Above The Line, and measure impact against pre-defined KPIs
  • Work with the franchise partners and the Digital Product Team to ensure that partners websites not only meet EHI standards and requirements but also incorporate best practices and learnings from other sites. This will also include managing the roll out of further sites across the franchise network
  • Be responsible for ensuring the creative needs of the partners is met through management of marketing messaging and templates for the partners to be able to utilise.
  • Manage key multiple market activations and projects funded by the marketing fund for activation across the network… these could be awareness and consideration marketing campaigns supporting lines of business spanning B2B or B2C.
  • Provide stakeholders with local performance and budget updates including marketing fund expenditure
  • Manage project timing and budgets of local projects
  • Seek out new opportunities and play a supportive role in the development and execution of them
  • Continuously work to upgrade knowledge and skills through available reading, courses and seminars
  • Provide monthly status on key initiatives; measures and report progress
