PipeCare Group [UAE] is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist [Lead].
By providing technology and service focused solutions to the international arena of the oil and gas industry, the PipeCare Group of companies has been helping the customers ensure the integrity of their pipeline and facility assets for over 20 years.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Senior Marketing Specialist will lead our strategic marketing initiatives, enhance brand recognition, and drive effective communication across various channels. This position will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Authorities:

  • General Marketing:
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Brand Recognition:
  • Enhance and maintain the company’s brand identity.
  • Monitor and manage brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop branding strategies to position the company as an industry leader.
  • Content Creation
  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and newsletters.
  • Curate technical papers and industry-specific content to establish thought leadership.
  • Ensure content aligns with the company’s messaging and values.
  • Online Marketing
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
  • Manage the company’s presence on various online platforms to optimize engagement.
  • Utilize analytics to measure and report on the performance of online campaigns.
  • Company Website:
  • Maintain and update the company website to ensure accurate and current information.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
  • Work closely with the web development team for site improvements.
  • Social Media
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness.
  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration with Sales:
  • Work closely with the sales team to create impactful bid materials.
  • Contribute to the development of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Ensure marketing materials align with the sales strategy.
  • Industry Events
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
  • Coordinate logistics for participation in trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Network and build relationships within the industry.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on B2B environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with the technical aspects of the industry is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
