Responsibilities:

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

The Revenue Marketing team at HubSpot is looking for someone who is interested in changing the way companies do business from the inside out. This Revenue Marketing Analyst will work directly with sales and marketing leaders throughout our Global offices to drive our Revenue Marketing efforts in the region. You will use data and marketing operations to define and operationalize strategic choices, plans, and programs to accelerate marketing revenue and drive sales rep productivity. This person will serve as the go-to Marketing Strategist in the region, partnering between the Revenue Marketing team and the Sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the Sr. Director of JAPAC Revenue Marketing and the Director of Demand Strategy, and sales leadership to operationalize, analyze, and measure key Revenue Marketing programs in region.
  • Strong Marketing Ops background with ability to understand systems and own list building and Marketing asset tracking in HubSpot CRM
  • Strong analytical skills not limited to strength in excel and BI tools such as Looker
  • Collaborate with our Revenue Marketing team to own the data behind Prospecting assets and programs
  • Work with sales representatives and sales managers to analyze and measure Revenue Marketing program efficacy in region
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Data Science to turn our ideas into reality and ensure these initiatives can be operationalized in line with regional nuance
  • Build a strong internal network of experts and resources that can help drive effective change
  • Perform deep analysis on the leading, in-process, and lagging indicators for Revenue Marketing in JAPAC
  • A passion for working with tools and building processes that can leverage artificial intelligence is a plus
