Senior Mechanical Engineer

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a candidate with a background in Mechanical Services Engineering and ideally a degree in Building Services Engineering or an equivalent qualification. You’ll have experience in contract administration and working as a project manager, along with solid familiarity with the legislative requirements and industry standards, such as CDM regulations. You’re capable of carrying out precise calculations and designing solutions that meet Building Control standards, as well as producing CAD drawings, schematics and schedules.
Your skill set includes negotiating and influencing stakeholders to achieve project goals. You’re organised, adaptable, and efficient, with the ability to handle multiple priorities to meet deadlines. Building effective relationships comes naturally to you, and you’re as comfortable engaging with team members as you are managing contractor performance on-site. A strong sense of fairness, an ability to identify and address discriminatory practices, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment round out your profile.
