QUALIFICATIONS:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred, mechatronics or electrical engineering considered.
• You have at least 12 years of experience in Engineering Design work, Solidworks 3d and AutoCad 2d
• You have experience working independently but also enjoy working in a team environment.
• You have strong communication skills and are comfortable communicating with all levels of management, external customers, and vendors.
• You have strong technical, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
• You have experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and or Structured Problem-Solving methods.
• You enjoy travel. This position requires regular visits to Envipco Engineering offices in Germany and the USA.
• You have very good language skills in English. As a second language Romanian or German will be appreciated.

• Design, Develop and enhance electro-mechanical systems.
• Create mechanical design specifications including 3d models for parts, assemblies or complete products using computer-aided design programs as well as Engineering BoMs
• Reinforce, Support and Adhere to Envipco Engineering processes.
• Support Supply Chain in validating locally sourced components and modifying designs accordingly.
• Lead DFM activities and other quality-oriented projects.
• Identify areas of weakness in the production line or finished products and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide input for process development.
• Coordinates design changes based on manufacturing challenges.
• Provide Engineer design support in collaboration with other teams to help resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Actively maintain knowledge of new technologies, methods, and techniques
• Actively support and participate in continuous improvement projects.
