About our client: Our client is a leading chemical manufacturing company.
Work Location: Jurong Island (company shuttle service is provided to and from Jurong East MRT station)

• Oversee and supervise mechanical maintenance operations in line with the company’s HSEQ standards, statutory regulations, and industry best practices.
• Develop and define the scope, job specifications, resources, and timelines for turnaround maintenance.
• Plan, prepare, and execute corrective action plans for repair and breakdown maintenance.
• Coordinate, monitor, and ensure the successful execution of maintenance activities while adhering to applicable protocols and documentation requirements.
• Continuously improve and implement the company’s maintenance management system, ensuring high equipment reliability and availability.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records to build a comprehensive history for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve equipment or system defects and implement corrective/preventive actions.Manage and optimize inventory levels for critical and non-critical spare parts.
