This is an opportunity for a visionary, motivated by the pulse of the media industry, to shape the future of all our products, Print, Digital and Event Sponsorship.
As the Senior Media Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, driving the development of cutting-edge online initiatives. You’ll identify emerging trends, harnessing them to propel our brands into new Products, Print, Digital and Event Sponsorship. This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate insights into action, leading our projects to success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set ambitious goals and establish metrics for success, ensuring our Products, Print, Digital and Event Sponsorship strategy aligns with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of the curve by identifying current trends and audience behaviors, adapting our focus and skillsets to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Evaluate and implement platforms that enhance our Products, Print, Digital and Event Sponsorship working closely with project managers to steer multiple online projects simultaneously.
- Manage and inspire a talented development team, ensuring the highest standards of user experience across all Products, Print, Digital and Event Sponsorship.
- Work hand-in-hand with editorial, sales, and marketing teams to create seamless product initiatives, new advertising opportunities, and goals for content development.
- Integrate the latest analytics best practices, training teams to track and measure progress, and conduct competitive analyses to keep us ahead of the competition.
- Define and enhance website information architecture, recommending improvements for user experience and shaping our mobile strategy.
