Salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 with the opportunity to earn production. This position will require 50-75% of time in a clinical role within the hospitals.
As a Senior Medical Director, you’ll serve as a mentor and coach, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating closely with regional leadership, you’ll play a key role in recruiting, training, and developing our veterinary professionals. Your strategic insights will inform annual planning, budgeting, and goal-setting, aligning our efforts with broader company objectives. With your guidance, we’ll continue to raise the bar in veterinary care and set new standards for excellence in our industry.
