Description:
(A) EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical science or equivalent.
- Master’s degree in biomedical science or equivalent.
- ASCPi certificate is preferred.
- Minimum of four years of working in a clinical laboratory, including leadership or supervisory positions.
- Experience in an accredited healthcare setting.
- Experience in training and assessment of staff.
- Experience in writing and implementing policies and work instructions.
- Experience in Ministry of Health licensing, and CAP, ISO or JCI accreditation processes.
