Permenant Flexible Full-Time and/or Part-Time positions, up to 80 hrs p.f.
We are looking for an exceptional Palliative Medicine consultant to join our growing Palliative Care department within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.

SCHHS SALARY INCLUDES:

  • Base salary comprising of between
  • $100.77 - $127.77 p.h. (p/t)
  • $8,062.00 -$10,221.70 p.f. (f/t)
  • Motor vehicle allowance (pro rata for Part-time)
  • L18 - L24 $21,000 p.a.
  • L25 - L27 $25,500 p.a.
  • Attraction and Retention Allowance up to 50% of base salary
  • Professional development allowance $21,500 p.a. (pro rata for Part-time)

  • You may be eligible to receive $10,000 (less tax) on the first available pay period (pro-rata rate for part-time employees will apply)

This position joins a growing Palliative Care department at Caloundra Health Service, providing high quality Palliative Medicine services to patients across the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS).

This role is required to work flexibly and rotate across the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service, Palliative Care Service, as operationally required. This will include work in (but not limited to):

  • Community Palliative Care
  • Consultation Liaison Palliative Care
  • Inpatient and Outpatient Palliative Care
  • State-wide services including the Specialist Palliative Rural Telehealth Service (SPaRTa)
