Description:

An opportunity has arisen to work as the Senior Medical Staffing Officer at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a team member who can work independently in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of the service often within tight timescales, possess good communication skills and a visible, open, and collaborative leadership style that will be essential to supporting and developing a highly engaged Oxleas Medical workforce.
The postholder should have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and will provide support, expertise, and advice to the Clinical Directors, Associate Clinical Directors, Clinical Leads or Heads of medical profession in relation to the operational management of all medical staff. A good understanding of medical and dental terms and conditions of services is important.
The postholder will provide expert advice and support to an allocated directorate(s) - CAHMs but will also manage a team of medical staffing officers who look after different boroughs and provide cover in the absence of other Medical Staffing Officers. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude.
