Job Role
Burgess Hill is recruiting for Senior Healthcare Assistants to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team of professionals that include Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Social Workers and OTs. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will work across the hospital under the supervision of a qualified nurse, supporting our patients in their recovery.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

At Least 2 Years Previous experience in a healthcare role (preferably mental health)
Ability to keep calm in challenging situations
An understanding of mental health conditions
Resilience
Encouraging and supportive approach
A caring nature with strong listening skills
Thrives within a team led environment
Skills and Knowledge
Good communication skills
Ability to work flexibly
Basic Literacy skills
Qualifications
Education to GCSE Standard
NVQ or equivalent would be an advantage
