Do you want to bring Scandinavia’s largest Lingerie brand to the next level within Merchandising? We are on a steep growth journey and are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to manage the company’s supply of products and services to our +300 stores.
CHANGE is a Danish company owning the entire value chain from design to production and sales both in stores and online, and we are continuously working on developing all parts of our business. We want to reinforce the power of the brand CHANGE, the brand visual identity, brand positioning and brand values.
The position is placed at the CHANGE headquarter in Farum, Denmark. You will be part of a leadership team collaborating across departments and you’ll lead your own team of employees in Denmark and Poland.

• Develop an overarching merchandising strategy for the group and drive business plans.
• Develop collection brief based on trend analysis, customer profiling / climate / store profile of different regions
• In charge of developing enhanced “Sales Through"-report to highlight reasons of performance/non-performance and allowing better product grouping and recommendation for products to be repeated based on trend analysis.
• Strong partnership with design to bring products to life in coordination with the brand identity, balancing commercial with aspirational.
• Thorough understanding of marketspace, inclusive of direct competitors and aspirational brands
