Responsibilities:

Come drive growth in a fast paced, dynamic business. Uber Eats is on a mission to help consumers get almost, almost anything delivered. Our merchants are central to making this happen. The Grocery & Retail Merchant Operations Team ensures retail partners are set up to succeed on the platform, are supported in growing their business, and provide a world-class on-demand proposition and delivery experience to consumers. You will be responsible for leading programs that aim to enhance the way retail partners experience, engage with, and perform on Uber Eats. You will represent the voice of the merchant in key cross-functional forums, use analytics and insights to help define our strategy, and work with team members across Commercial, Product and Delivery teams to bring the strategy to life. You will have end-to-end ownership of key initiatives including problem identification, solution design and execution.

Your Impact in Role

  • Own the strategy and execution of merchant experience & performance initiatives aimed at making every Grocery & Retail delivery a magical one.
  • Understand merchant pain points and develop strategic recommendations to address them. Measure the impact of the strategies that you execute in order to drive continuous improvement across the business while building processes for scale.
  • Conduct data analysis using SQL and Google Sheets to build data dashboards and present insights and recommendations to business leaders.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (like Community Operations & Commercial teams) to design, execute, and optimise local programs aimed at addressing merchant pain points and maximising merchant satisfaction and engagement.
  • Manage and scale product feature launches across ANZ. This involves coordinating local stakeholder teams (Operations, Legal, Tax, Support, Marketing, Comms) to ensure compliance with local regulations as well as setting and monitoring experience guardrails and success metrics.
