We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Advisor. You’ll work closely with the Military and MoD community, building relationships, meeting their unique needs, and delivering sales and service objectives as part of our mission to support this vital group.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience in face-to-face sales or customer service (desirable).
  • Proficiency with technology, including smartphones, wearable devices, and basic computer applications.
  • Analytical ability with basic numeracy skills.
  • Knowledge of the Armed Services or financial services environment (advantageous but not essential).
  • Proven problem-solving ability and initiative.

Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

To deliver outstanding sales and service results by fostering strong connections with the local Military/MoD community, meeting their needs through our diverse range of products and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, their families, dependents, and camp personnel to meet their needs in line with company standards.
  • Present engaging briefings and promote products such as ISAs, Kit, Personal Accident, and Travel Insurance.
  • Organise reviews and appointments to support service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies in all administrative tasks.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets while seeking new business opportunities.
  • Proactively generate referrals and manage your pipeline to maximize income opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other business areas for the benefit of our customers.
  • Participate in the company’s Training and Competency Scheme and apply training to improve performance.
  • Flexibly work outside standard office hours and travel as required to achieve results.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Armed Services environment and adapt to customer needs accordingly.
