WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our high performing Commercial team. With one direct report, this position is permanent full time, working a Monday to Friday roster. We offer an attractive remuneration package including performance-based bonuses and career progression. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.

• Assisting in the development of budgets, forecasts, cost models and capital expenditure plans.
• Accurately preparing cost performance reports for the management team.
• Coordination of month end processing and reporting.
• Ensuring financial data integrity via identification and resolution.
• Maintaining system procedures and controls to provide sound accounting support to site personnel.
• Promoting and maintaining a high level of positive safety performance & workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the Mangoola Coal values.
• Promoting positive relationships with our stakeholders & community; and
• Taking all reasonable steps to minimise impact on the environment.
