We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Senior Mine Accountant to join our dynamic team at Hail Creek, on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Commercial Manager, the Mine Accountants primary focus is the provision of accurate and timely financial accounting information to internal stakeholders allowing both operational and corporate requirements to be met. This includes but is not limited to management and financial accounting, capital expenditure management and evaluation, budgeting and forecasting, contract evaluation, production and project reporting.

• Month end processing and reporting for operational and capital expenditure.

Providing timely and accurate cost accruals.

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and yearly budgets and forecasts
• Mentoring cost owners in cost control, accruals and commercial responsibilities.
• Assisting the Commercial Manager to improve commercial systems and the preparation and presentation of staff commercial training sessions.
