Our client is a leading technology company that specializes in developing state-of-the-art mobile applications to empower teams.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will be a key player in the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance iOS applications, leveraging both native iOS technologies and the Ionic framework. You will work closely with a collaborative team of developers, designers, and product managers to build user-friendly mobile experiences that meet client needs. This role requires a strong understanding of iOS development, proficiency in Ionic, and the ability to mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain iOS Applications: Design, build, and maintain advanced iOS applications using Swift/Objective-C and the Ionic framework.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and implement new features.
• Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices for software development.
• Debugging and Performance Optimization: Identify and fix bugs, optimize application performance, and ensure the stability of the application.
• Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the applications cutting-edge.
• Integration and Testing: Integrate with back-end services and ensure seamless data flow and consistency, including implementing automated testing and unit tests.
• Code Review Participation: Engage in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in iOS development using Swift and/or Objective-C.
• Ionic Expertise: 3+ years of experience working with the Ionic framework to build hybrid mobile applications.
• iOS Knowledge: Strong understanding of iOS design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• API Experience: Experience with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
• Mobile Development Lifecycle: Familiarity with the full mobile development lifecycle, including publishing to the App Store.
• Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
• Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Agile Environment: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
