Do you have experience in developing overall pricing & promotion strategy, the financial modeling behind it, and influencing the team members to follow your driven path? WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus)
- At least 5 years of experience: in a relevant role
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills
- Languages: Fluency in English; German a plus

Responsibilities:
As a (Senior) Monetization Manager, you’ll:
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Craft and execute monetization strategies to maximize revenue across our digital products, while identifying and evaluating new revenue opportunities, including new promotion models, features, and pricing strategies.
- Optimize Revenue Streams: Analyze user behavior and metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing purchases and drive conversion.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, marketing, and analytics team to ensure alignment and seamless integration of monetization features.
- Monitor Market Pricing Trends & Competition: Perform thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and user preferences as well as using insights from market analysis to inform monetization strategies.
- Track Performance: Monitor, report and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and analyze the performance of monetization efforts.
- Enhance User Engagement and Retention: Develop strategies to enhance user engagement and retention, ensuring that monetization efforts do not negatively impact user satisfaction.
- Drive Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Experiment with new monetization techniques and technologies to keep the company competitive
