We are looking for a dedicated Monetization Manager to join our Growth Marketing team in Zurich. Do you have experience in developing overall pricing & promotion strategy, the financial modeling behind it, and influencing the team members to follow your driven path? You’re both strategic and hands-on and can work on longterm and shortterm goals, and do you have experience in the e-commerce sector? Then get in touch with us! WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus)
  • At least 5 years of experience: in a relevant role
  • Analytics: Strong analytical skills
  • Languages: Fluency in English; German a plus

Responsibilities:

As a (Senior) Monetization Manager, you’ll:

  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Craft and execute monetization strategies to maximize revenue across our digital products, while identifying and evaluating new revenue opportunities, including new promotion models, features, and pricing strategies.
  • Optimize Revenue Streams: Analyze user behavior and metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing purchases and drive conversion.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, marketing, and analytics team to ensure alignment and seamless integration of monetization features.
  • Monitor Market Pricing Trends & Competition: Perform thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and user preferences as well as using insights from market analysis to inform monetization strategies.
  • Track Performance: Monitor, report and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and analyze the performance of monetization efforts.
  • Enhance User Engagement and Retention: Develop strategies to enhance user engagement and retention, ensuring that monetization efforts do not negatively impact user satisfaction.
  • Drive Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Experiment with new monetization techniques and technologies to keep the company competitive
