POSITION SUMMARY

Maxon is looking for an experienced Senior Motion Designer who is passionate about branding, design, and animation, with an ability to bring ideas to life and an aptitude for visual storytelling.

• Conceptualize and produce high-quality motion design projects for diverse digital platforms including web, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines across all projects.
• Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies in motion graphics, integrating innovative techniques and tools into projects, testing new products and providing suggestions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, nurturing their technical skills and creative development.
• Take ownership of projects from ideation and manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results.
• Present motion design concepts confidently, articulating the rationale behind creative decisions, and contributing valuable insights and creative solutions to strategic discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into dynamic visual narratives and collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp project goals and deliver solutions that delight.
