POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Senior MuleSoft Consultant, you will work alongside technologists and subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement integration solutions for a global organization. This role is crucial to delivering a scalable, efficient, and high-performing application that aligns with the organization’s business needs and technical requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional Experience:
• Overall: 8+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on integration and API management.
• MuleSoft-Specific: At least 4 years of hands-on experience developing with MuleSoft, including expertise with the Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Design Center).
• Technical Skills:
• Certifications: MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect certification is desirable.
• Programming Proficiency: Strong command of Java and related technologies.
• API Design & Integration: In-depth knowledge of API design, integration patterns, and best practices.
• Soft Skills:
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex technical information to various stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment.
• Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Design and Development: Architect, design, and implement robust MuleSoft integration solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, and stakeholders, to gather, analyze, and understand detailed requirements for integration solutions.
• API Management: Create, configure, and optimize MuleSoft connectors, APIs, and transformations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain API specifications, integration flows, and detailed documentation to facilitate ease of maintenance and onboarding.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in code and design reviews, ensuring adherence to high-quality coding standards and industry best practices.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting best practices and staying current on emerging trends in MuleSoft and integration technologies.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively seek and implement opportunities to enhance integration performance, scalability, and reliability.
