REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of hands-on experience in training development and delivery, including end-to-end training content development, change management, and research/documentation of training requirements.
  • Fully adjudicated Secret clearance.
  • Experience with industry standard multimedia/ Computer based training tools.
  • Proficiency with content development and multimedia authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories, with the ability to develop curriculum and assessments for adult learners.
  • Experience developing training that meets DOD & SOCPAC requirements and training standards.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with both government and contractor teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within an Agile framework.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience providing Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and supporting a wide range of training modalities.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their integration with CBT modules.
  • Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards.
  • Strong working knowledge of industry standard tools.
  • Obtained one of the following certifications: CompTIA Multimedia and Web Design+ Certification, CIW Multimedia Specialist Certification, IC3 Digital Literacy Certification, Autodesk Certified User (ACU), Adobe Certified Associate (ACA), Avid Certified Professional or Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)
  • Experience working with military or government training programs, particularly within highly regulated industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Peraton is seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the upcoming LONG-RANGE ENTERPRISE INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE, AND RECONNAISSANCE ACTIVITY (LEIA)
Peraton will deliver a broad spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C6ISR) capabilities to support SOCPAC missions and it’s AORs. Capabilities include using air, maritime, ground, and space-based platforms to meet mission needs in an ever-changing threat and technology landscape. Our team will provide support to continuously evolve and leverage the latest technologies and best practices to rapidly refresh capabilities and ensure platforms and intelligence operations are optimized to support the SOCPAC missions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Multimedia Computer-Based Training (CBT) Developer to support Multi-discipline ISR Training programs for SOCPAC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Multimedia training design and development software. This role involves working closely with scrum teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to create high-quality, interactive training solutions for current and new Multi-discipline Intelligence systems and sensors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the end-to-end design and development of interactive CBT modules for ISR Sensor and other GUI applications, including e-learning, job aids, videos, classroom materials, and other training products.
  • Work with the program Training/Learning lead to design, develop, and deploy training materials that effectively support PED & ISR Operations performance.
  • Ensure all training products meet instructional goals and are aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to gather training objectives, develop curriculum and assessments, and ensure content accuracy.
  • Apply dynamic adult learning principles to develop engaging training courses.
  • Create and integrate multimedia elements such as animations, simulations, graphics, audio, and video into CBT modules using industry-standard tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, SnipIt, and SnagIt.
  • Support Agile delivery cycles by quickly transitioning between multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Document training requirements and execute training strategies in collaboration with the client.
  • Develop training materials that adhere to Section 508 compliance requirements and other relevant industry standards. Ensure all CBT content is SCORM compliant.
  • Manage multiple ongoing requirements and changes within an Agile delivery cycle, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve CBT modules.
  • Update and maintain existing CBT content to ensure it remains current and effective.
