Description:

At WARP we have a big plans to lead the way in snacking. Our two brilliant brands have already got strong presence in key UK channels, but this role will be crucial in helping to accelerate our footprint in the Impulse channel. The role will focus specifically on growing our Managed Retail customers; Booker (BRP), Symbols, High Street, Forecourts & Costco - helping to take to market new formats & flavours we’re working on to break into this part of the market. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone who wants to see and feel the impact they’re making at work – for someone who is not just passionate about sales but about building long-lasting visibility for two powerful, challenger brands.

THE PERSON

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales professional, who’s looking for their next big challenge. They should have a proven track record of managing customers in this channel, specifically retail experience and ideally experience with symbols/convenience or forecourts. They will have an entrepreneurial approach to their work - able to work independently and handle pace and ambiguity. Highly commercial, a strategic mindset and proven ability to build powerful, strategic relationships, are essential. Finally, they will be proactive, results-driven, and energised by new opportunities and challenges.

Responsibilities:

You will be based out of our London office and will be responsible for managing and growing revenue and market share. Your role will involve relationship building, and hands- on execution to maximise sales opportunities and go after our ambitious global vision for the brands. This role will report directly into our Head of Impulse (non-grocery) and has one direct NAM report.
