Overview:
We are looking for a superstar Senior National Account Manager to manage one of our number one priority account in Europe! You will be part of the UK Sales team and report to the Head of Grocery based in Frimley.
Responsibilities:

You will be commercially savvy and have a skill for managing lots of internal and external requests. We’re looking for someone who can build fantastic relationships with our customer contacts and with our internal teams, cross functionally leading them to win with one of our biggest customers. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment where you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions and own your customer.

  • Relentlessly pioneer the future and pursue ambitious growth opportunities in our key customer. Define a customer strategy and convert it into a plan that helps you win. Bang the drum and rally the troops behind your customer and your plans. Proactively share updates and inspire the wider LSB business on your customer’s strategy, performance, risks and opportunities.
  • Agree and execute yearly sales / in-store plans (JBPs) with customers to deliver sales, profit and return on investment. Be resourceful and employ innovative solutions to deliver value, gross margin and distribution targets for your customers. Manage trade terms, agreements, price increases where necessary and promotional plans. Develop sustainable commercial solutions, chase after opportunities and close gaps when off track.
  • Over deliver on all account management basics. This includes accurate and timely financial and demand forecasting, performance tracking and reporting and being all over your NAM-admin.
  • Live the values of LSB. Collaborate closely with other members of the team to set an envied culture and ways of working aligned with the company values and behaviours.
  • Be a role model to the wider sales team. Contribute to internal discussions with honesty and integrity and share best practice, learnings and ideas. Collaborate with others and coach junior team members to help achieve our goals and ambitions.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • You have solid account management experience in FMCG sales, leading a top 4 grocer.
