EPAM invites you to join our IT Platform Solutions department as a Senior .NET Software Developer in Netherlands within our CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) team. This role involves overseeing and implementing solutions and practices that protect the identity and access management of critical applications. You will bring technical expertise, leadership and deep .NET knowledge to our diverse platform spaces such as Cloud and Networking, Customer Relationship Management and Core Banking, influencing how services are delivered across various value streams.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 7 years of extensive experience working in .NET Core, C# and IdentityServer
- Profound knowledge and practical experience with IAM solutions, including IdentityServer and identity standards like OAuth2 and OpenID Connect
- Practical experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, focusing on serverless architecture and containers
- Good communication skills, structured way of working, challenge other developers and principals and provide suggestions to your peer
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage application ownership
- Proficiency in using Terraform for infrastructure setup and maintenance (IaC)
- Good knowledge in containers and container orchestration and a microservices based distributed architecture
- Experience with storage technologies such as SQL, S3 and NoSQL databases
- Understanding of key system management tools like System Manager, KMS and CloudWatch, alongside core networking principles such as load balancing, DNS and Reverse Proxy
Responsibilities:
- Design .NET Core based solutions using Identity and Access Management (IdentityServer) and cloud platforms (AWS)
- Setup modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Share your advanced design, analysis, development, testing and architectural skills to overcome complex technical challenges
- Lead and mentor team members in engineering practices from software design patterns to testing methodologies. Delivering predictable, quality results is key
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, principal developers and lead developers from various domains to design and execute the overall IT strategy
- Work closely with Product Owners to refine high-level stories to ensure clarity and accuracy before presentation to development teams
- Lead the technical direction of your team, helping to prioritize tasks to achieve optimal output
