Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .Net Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance for our .Net applications, ensuring smooth operations and resolving complex issues using .NET Rest API, Angular8+ version, SQL, Linq, Entity Framework. You will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and collaborators, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to enhance system performance and user experience. You should be prepared to troubleshoot high-impact problems, implement solutions, and contribute to system optimizations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you will:

  • Provide expert-level support for .Net applications and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to enhance system performance.
  • Mentor and train junior support staff on .Net technologies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of system improvements.
  • Monitor application performance and implement optimizations as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

To excel in this role, you should bring:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in L3 production support experience using .NET Rest API, Angular8+ version, SQL, Linq, Entity Framework
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Azure App Insight.
  • Experience in end to end L3 production support experienced with knowledge on different metrics, SLA, well enough to identify the scopes, issues in production, debugging is must.
  • Experience in identify the issues and communicate with appropriate collaborators on time
  • Experience in handling team at Offshore-Onshore model
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
