Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .Net Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance for our .Net applications, ensuring smooth operations and resolving complex issues using .NET Rest API, Angular8+ version, SQL, Linq, Entity Framework. You will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and collaborators, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to enhance system performance and user experience. You should be prepared to troubleshoot high-impact problems, implement solutions, and contribute to system optimizations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this role, you will:
- Provide expert-level support for .Net applications and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to enhance system performance.
- Mentor and train junior support staff on .Net technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.
- Assist in the design and implementation of system improvements.
- Monitor application performance and implement optimizations as needed.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
To excel in this role, you should bring:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in L3 production support experience using .NET Rest API, Angular8+ version, SQL, Linq, Entity Framework
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Azure App Insight.
- Experience in end to end L3 production support experienced with knowledge on different metrics, SLA, well enough to identify the scopes, issues in production, debugging is must.
- Experience in identify the issues and communicate with appropriate collaborators on time
- Experience in handling team at Offshore-Onshore model
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
