Senior NetSuite Accounting Analyst (contract-to-hire)

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Senior NetSuite Accounting Analyst in Frisco, Texas. The role involves a blend of accounting and technical responsibilities within the industry. You will be expected to navigate NetSuite systems, ensure data integrity, and optimize for financial reporting and analysis. Hybrid work schedule (WFH 2 days a week). This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
Systems Senior Accountant with Netsuite experience (contract-to-hire):
Responsibilities

Must have Netsuite experience

• Facilitate financial reporting and analysis using NetSuite to maintain data integrity and system optimization
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to develop more efficient systems and procedures
• Lead key workstreams of system implementation, including requirements, design, build, test, training, and rollout
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations with other financial systems
• Manage data migration projects, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
• Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionality
• Ensure system compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance and support during audits
• Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows in NetSuite
• Monitor and optimize NetSuite performance
• Identify data available in NetSuite modules and map it to client services.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Must have Netsuite experience
Netsuite administration experience
