Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Compugen is seeking a Senior Network Analyst for an initial 3 month contract. You will support both the IS and business units with specific networking support, troubleshooting and projects. Using your technical expertise, business acumen and ability to influence, as a key member of the Network team you will be instrumental in delivering consistent and reliable network services to client’s 10,000 staff across the world.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10 + years of Network experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
- Proficiency in network routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
- Expertise in configuring and managing Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, or other enterprise-grade networking hardware
- Strong understanding of network security protocols (SSL, IPsec)
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Zabbix)
- Familiarity with SD-WAN, cloud networking, Citrix Netscaler, and line of site radio technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independent and within a team environment
- CCNP certification is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and manage LAN, WAN, VPN, datacenter, and wireless infrastructure
- Lead and execute changes that improve support and reliability for systems across enterprise network
- Evaluate network performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Maintain design, as-build, and support documentation for the network
- Manage network security patches and software upgrades to mitigate cybersecurity vulnerabilities
- Manage network load balancing and redundancy for high availability
- Design and support LoS radio networks
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior network staff
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls
- Plan and implement scalable network solutions to accommodate for future organizational growth
- Lead or participate in network-related projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
- Provide input on budget planning and forecasting for network sustainment and growth capacity
- Provide Tier III escalation support for network related incidents
