YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science related field
• Min. 8 years work relevant experience large scale networking setup
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification required (Cisco Certified Network professional (CCNP) preferred)
• Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA) or Aruba Certified ClearPass Expert (ACCX)ITIL v4 certification preferred
• Hands on experience with IP subnetting, Telnet/SSH Clients, Raritan or Terminal Server Remote Access, ServiceNow, COS, VoIP and SD WAN technologies, and Cisco network soft- ware (COS/IOS), inventory/maintenance tracking and vendor support case handling
• Experience in intelligent systems for automation, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics, artificial intelligence (AI) specialists specialise especially in machine learning.
• Experienced in Cybersecurity Analysis, handling systems and networks against evolving cyber threats, experts in threat detection, incident response, and risk management. Related certifications are desirable.
• Skilled at setup & network connectivity to cloud infrastructures for harnessing AWS, Azure, Google Cloud & Alibaba platforms resources.
• Experienced in Internet of Things (IoT): knowledge about stringing up devices and systems related to interconnected smart objects.
• Familiar with Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality (AR/VR on the concept, usage and connectivity over the network infrastructure.
• Solid background in network administration and architecture design.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strategy & Planning - Collaborate with executive management and department leaders to assess near and long-term Henkel network capacity needs.
• Acquisition & Deployment - Design and deploy company LANs, wireless networks, including servers, switches, UPSs, and other hardware following Henkel’s Global corporate policy.
• Operational Management - Configure networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes critical to Henkel global service level agreement.
• Recommend and implement improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability as part of continuous improvement.
• Provide 24*5 incident support.
• Emergency standby if required but not essential
