Description:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s degree or relevant certifications (such as CCNA) preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in supporting or deploying technical solutions.
- Familiarity with the following technologies is favored:
- Wireless Technologies: Aruba, Meraki
- Routing/Switching: Cisco, Arista, Aruba, Meraki
- Firewalls: Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, FortiGate
- Other Technologies: Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, Cisco phone (CUCM)
- Protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, Fibre Channel Zoning
- Load Balancers: Kemp, F5, Peplin

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR NETWORK ENGINEER TO PROVIDE ADVANCED TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND GUIDE OUR CUSTOMERS THROUGH COMPLEX NETWORK SOLUTIONS. IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL WORK DIRECTLY WITH IT PROFESSIONALS FROM OUR CUSTOMER BASE, FOCUSING ON NETWORKING, ROUTING, AND FIREWALL ADMINISTRATION.

COMMON RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uphold a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Pursue continual improvement in all undertakings.
- Perform remote and onsite support and some implementation for customer environments.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues for customer environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design and implementation projects.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers as needed.
- Create and maintain process and best practices documentation.
- Deliver technical support to customers, being part of an on-call rotation.
- Perform other duties as required.
