Our client a large financial institution is looking for a highly skilled NetworkEngineer to join their team. You will be responsible Network implementation as well as providing production support on mission critical network

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years experiance in networking with excellent experience in routing and switching (Cisco, Juniper))
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex network issues, identify root causes and perform remediation activities.
• Prior experience in network design and implementation is a big plus
• Working knowledge of standard ITIL process, Incident, Change, Problem and configuration management.
• Preferred certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or equivalent industry certifications.Good level of understanding in complex troubleshooting and resolving issues with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Carrying out network support and troubleshooting (L2) for enterprise network
• Contribute expertise towards a proposed technical solution and will work with internal colleagues to define the roadmap and milestones.
• Provide level 3 support, assisting with troubleshooting and design, configuration, and escalated problem management.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and best practices in network technology and security.
• Configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Proactively monitoring network performance, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions
• Maintaining accurate network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Providing regular reports on network health, performance, and security.
