UBDS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with hands on experience to join our Engineering & Managed Services practice, playing a pivotal role in client facing projects and engagements.

• Design and deploy network solutions and enhancements to existing network deployments, software, and operating systems
• You will diagnose problems and troubleshooting issues across a number of technologies & vendors such as VMWare, Cisco SD-WAN, HP Aruba, Cisco Meraki , Palo Alto along with some more traditional/legacy network support.
• You will be a problem-solver, passionate about networking,.
• Our customer-facing role will expose you to a diverse group of teams, providing endless opportunities for career growth in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• You will be a SME for other members of the team whose speciality is not networking.
• Effectively communicate with customers regarding technical issues and customer service inquiries, both orally and in writing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot wireless, security, switching, and other various network-related issues
• Own each customer case from initial creation to resolution.
• Collaborate with other support team members to fix network outages, misconfigurations, and complex networking issues on customers’ devices.
• Work with colleagues and our client’s teams to diagnose and resolve critical, escalated issues.
