Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility will be to lead high-level cross functional Technical Consultations for SNS Business Project engagements. This involves reviewing customer requests, providing recommendations of the network design outputs, and providing appropriately translated customer outcomes into infrastructure requirements.
  • Assist in providing cost and effort estimates (where required) for the infrastructure delivery requirements.
  • Within this role you will be providing customers technical support with data discovery & analysis, review of network designs, process documents, and providing input in the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions and support to delivery groups.
  • Develop and influence relationships with all stakeholders, acting as the key point of contact for Technical Consultations to ensure customer requirements are understood and outcomes delivered meet the needs of the customer.
  • Collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solution designs meet networking standards.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal delivery teams regarding infrastructure implementation ensuring timely resourcing as well as planning the technical work deliverables to production in timeframe that ensures customer success.
  • Technical support of network changes and troubleshoot any network related issues.
  • Design and implement (where applicable) network solutions
