Description:
We are seeking a Senior Network Support Engineer with expertise in LAN/WAN network infrastructure and cloud platforms to join our team. This individual will provide ongoing day-to-day support for the global data network and serve as level 3 support for all network-related tasks and troubleshooting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying LAN/WAN network infrastructure, as well as maintaining monitoring and reporting systems. They will also handle on-call duties for non-business hours support and perform administrative tasks related to time entry and status reporting.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in LAN/WAN network infrastructure support and troubleshooting
- CCNP certification and a BA or B.S. Degree
- Proficiency in configuring and installing various network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN
- Expertise in network maintenance, system upgrades, and monitoring system resource utilization and capacity planning
- Experience in implementing security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
- Experience with SDWAN, Next Gen Firewalls, troubleshooting routing loops, and asymmetric routing
- Proficient in configuring/troubleshooting network security, LAN switching, quality of service, and TCP/IP protocol suite
- Familiarity with application protocols and network security technologies such as VPN, AAA architecture, and load balancers
- Ability to interact with customers, understand requirements, and communicate effectively with the offshore team
- B2+ English level proficiency
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy LAN/WAN network infrastructure
- Perform 3rd level troubleshooting for all LAN/WAN alerts and issues
- Maintain monitoring and reporting systems
- Produce and maintain documentation related to all systems developed/deployed
- Perform on-call duty for non-business hours support
- Configure and install various network devices and services
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
- Work within established configuration and change management policies
- Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures
- Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution
- Conduct technical trainings to internal resources
