• Ability to work with developers. Understand technical constraints and design accordingly.

• Create and enhance design systems. Ensure every component is consistent and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and senior UI/UX designers. Transform requirements into intuitive, functional designs.
• Attend client meetings. Gather requirements. Understand their needs and translate them into compelling designs.
• Work closely with developers. Understand what’s feasible in design and ensure designs are practical for implementation.
• Manage your own time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Continuously learn and adapt. Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.Contribute to improving our design processes. Suggest new ideas and better ways of working.
