We need your expertise to elevate our NOC (Network Operations Center) by leading and optimizing processes that manage, integrate, and monitor our growing charging network. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to ensure everything runs smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7 years of experience in Network Operations Centers (NOC) or related fields.
  • Technical graduate degree (minimum bachelor’s level) preferred but not required.
  • Fluency in English & Danish.
  • Experience with Python, SQL & JSON APIs.
  • Knowledge of OCPP, OCPI, and ISO-15118 is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Nagios, and Notion is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Spirii ethos is all about chasing excellence. It’s kind of our thing. We’re seeking a Senior NOC Tech Lead to elevate our Network Operations Center (NOC) by leading and optimizing processes that manage, integrate, and monitor our growing charging network.
This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead technical aspects of charger technology, representing NOC and Operations in development projects, partner onboarding, and sales support.
  • Manage relationships with third-party suppliers (outsourcing, software, telecom, etc.).
  • Continuously improve team services, optimizing processes and support tools.
  • Participate in strategic NOC discussions, including budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Coordinate incident management and resolution.
  • Monitor charging network health, troubleshoot issues, and provide remote assistance to partners and installers.
  • Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call duty with the NOC team.
