Responsibilities:

The Team Leader is responsible for the leadership, guidance and line management of the acute neuro team in collaboration with their manager.
They provide clinical supervision and support and clinical expertise within occupational therapy services for the delivery of safe, timely, compassionate and high quality person-centered care. They are involved in planning, implementing, evaluating and reporting on services. They identify opportunities for improvement in clinical practice, service delivery, develop and lead ongoing quality improvement activities with other staff.
